After school, I would have liked to work in a creative field - but as it happens, the requirements don't always match what you want to do. So I switched to a commercial career, but at least in the building sector. It's still the coolest industry for me. I then worked in purchasing/logistics/back office for over 10 years and made a fresh start in 2020. I left my familiar surroundings for a life in Switzerland, where I've lived and worked ever since. Still in the building materials/DIY sector what I really enjoy.

Creativity has never let go of me over all these years. I've always loved taking photos, and they didn't just end up in a hard drive but in photo albums and frames.

I now also use my photos for (personalized) postcards and greeting cards, and the recipients always enjoy them. I really like designing cards for Postcrossing that show places I like and that you won't find on commercial cards.
